Job Description

Location- Bangalore (WFO)- need local candidates
Salary- 9000/- per month (1.08 LPA) + performance based incentive
Experience- fresher
Interview process- 1-2 virtual interviews
Work timings- 9:30 am-6:30 pm
No. of days working- 6 Days

Responsibilities:-
- Contact potential customers
- Answer questions about the project
- Convince the customer to visit the site
- Customer follow up
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Direct prospects to the field sales team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills:
- Proven knowledge as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
- Ability to learn about projects and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Any graduate
- Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
