Salary : Based on Current CTC 30%. For below 7 Years it wont be more than 30 LPA
Notice Period : 30/60/90 days works but high priority is for 30 days
Location ( WFH/WFO): Bangalore, WFO. Working days is Sunday to Thursday where Sunday is WFH and Monday to Thursday WFO

Interview Rounds : 3 round
Gender preference : Only Male
Total and Relevant year of experience : 6 - 7 Years
Any other specifications : Willing to travel to Saudi based on the client requirement.
    
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific business needs and requirements for digital twin implementations in oil & Gas domain.
• Design, develop, and deploy digital twin models using AVEVA Engineering solutions that accurately represent real-world systems and processes, using data integration methods.
• Work closely with the EPC & Inhouse design team & Planning team to integrate 3D models, Construction work schedule to create digital twin deliverables for enhanced project monitoring & tracking purpose.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of digital twin solutions, and lead efforts to continuously improve and optimize their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital twin technology, and proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques and methodologies to our projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the organization.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including conducting technical presentations and workshops for potential clients.
• Responsible for End-to-End Digital Twin project execution.
• Should be able to travel to KSA as per project requirement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering,
• Proven experience (6-7 years) in designing, developing, and deploying digital twin solutions & deliverables (4D/5D/6D) for diverse industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Infrastructure.

Skills sets & experience:

• Should possess strong presentation & client management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital twin technologies, simulation methodologies, and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Bentley Synchro, AVEVA ERM, PRIMAVERA, MSP, Navisworks, Power-BI softwares.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software from OEMs like AVEVA, Hexagon, Autodesk, Bentley etc.
• Strong expertise in Dashboard & Report creation as per the requirements of the client.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in guiding and mentoring team members.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital twin projects on time and within budget.
