We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Banker to join our team, specializing in deals and transactions. As an Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions. Your expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring will be essential in providing exceptional advisory services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Deal Execution:

Lead and manage all aspects of the deal execution process, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation. Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial feasibility and
potential risks of transactions. Prepare detailed pitch materials, offering memorandums, and transaction-related documents. Coordinate with legal, tax, and other professionals to ensure smooth deal execution.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

Conduct industry research, market analysis, and target identification for potential M&A opportunities. Perform financial valuation and develop deal structures to support negotiations and maximize client
value. Manage and coordinate the due diligence process, including reviewing financial documents and conducting analysis to assess deal risks and synergies.
Capital Raising:

Assist clients in raising capital through equity offerings, debt issuances, and other financing structures. Develop financial models, prepare investment memorandums, and conduct investor presentations.
Evaluate different financing options and provide recommendations based on market conditions and client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and providing tailored advisory services. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insightful recommendations and guidance on potential
transactions and market opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless deal execution. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional
development. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the investment banking team by actively  participating in business development activities.
 
Qualifications:

-Masters& degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on deals and transactions.
-Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
-In-depth understanding of M&A processes, capital raising strategies, and deal structuring.
-Excellent knowledge of investment banking regulations, market trends, and industry dynamics.
-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
-Proven track record of successfully executing deals and transactions.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent projects.
