Job Description

Handling calls and solving customer queries. Candidate with inbound/ outbound experience will be added advantage. Freshers are also eligible.

Candidate must have good command in English. Assisting the customers by way of providing information about products.
Candidate should communicate in English / Tamil with any one language - Kannada/ Telugu/ Malayalam fluency.
Candidate must be a Graduate and have basic computer knowledge. Candidate should be Willing to work in rotational DAY SHIFT
Salary depends on Fresher/ Exp – 12K to 15K per month take home + Attendance bonus Rs.500 + Incentives.
