Job Role

• Identify customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
• Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers & ensure Business flow
• Motivating the sourcing agents & ensure business flow from major sourcing channels
• Planning & Monitoring monthly & daily marketing activities
• Monitoring and ensuring the productivity norms of the Sales Officers

• Any Degree is Mandatory
• Experience in Housing Loan is Mandatory.
• Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections and be able handle sales and collections through the team.
