Job Description:- Regional Sales Manager (Sales)
Location :- Nagpur/ WFO
Education Qualification- BBA/MBA- Sales
Experience :- 5+yrs. Experience required in Two-Wheeler Industry / Finance & Team Handling
Salary:- 10 to 12 LPA
Number of Position:- 1-2
Working Hours/Timings:- 9 hrs per day

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing Team of Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Sales Team Leaders, and * * * Responsible for driving and growing overall sales of Two Wheeler Loans in the mentioned Area.
* Capturing Market Share
* Hiring, Mentoring, Coaching, and leading the team to achieve sales goals.
* Managing Relationships with Dealer and Partner.
* Good Interpersonal and Leadership Skills. Growing Company Business in the mentioned area.
* Daily Follow up with the team.
* Regularly Visiting dealers and partners to assigned areas.
* Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
* Presenting Marketing Insights and trends to Upper management.

Additional skills required:
* Experience in building distribution and channel management.
* Good Knowledge of the Local Areas in Maharashtra.
* Should be aggressive and target oriented.
* Professional communication skills through email and phone calls.
* A desire to mentor and support others.
* Managing Dealer and Channel Partner Relationships.
* Creating Reporting MIS, Profitability MIS, Forecasting MIS, Industry Sales MIS
