Related Domain of Experience: (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS)
· Should have experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering WIRED & WIRELESS LAN infrastructure (routing, Switching, Wireless) as well as Network Security (Firewall, IPS).
· Experience working with ENTERPRISE grade SOLUTIONS from different OEMs (Cisco/Juniper/HPE(Aruba)/Ruckus Wireless/Dell). Comprehensive Knowledge and technical know- how on:
· Network switching & routing – Desired proficiency: Strong
· Wireless LAN – Desired proficiency - Strong
· Network Security, Applications – Desired Proficiency: Strong
· Servers – Desired proficiency: mid level
· Passive Network Cabling: should have understanding of various cabling components & deployment.

Primary Skills:
1) Good analytical skills
2) Ability to pick up technical know-how on new ideas/domains
3) Good at preparing diagrams, preparing & delivering presentations.
4) Well versed in MS-Excel, Word, Power Point
5) Good communication skills, fluent in English & Hindi
6) CCNA/CCNP/CCDA/CCIE certifications would be a plus.

Technical Platform/Area of Expertise: Job Description:
· Primary responsibility will be a Pre-Sales role working in close coordination with sales teams and key partners (OEMs) to increase revenue and close deals.
· Assist Sales/Account Managers during the sales process by educating customer’s key decision makers about new technologies and methodologies.
· Build and foster relationships with OEM personnel, Customers (CIOs, CTOs, etc) and lead pre-sales initiatives.
· Act as the single point of contact within company for all technical enquiries from customers within your assigned project
· Gather knowledge of competitive products from multiple vendors and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each solution
· Provide guidance and transfer knowledge internally to the sales, pre-sales and post sales teams as a technical consultant by conducting design sessions, seminars and public presentations.
· Survey, design of technical solutions, diagrams, preparation of Bill of materials/Bill of Quantity, solution document, checking & analysis of RFP, prepare responses to Bids/RFP
· Solution Delivery – Will be responsible for delivering our technical solutions through Design and conduct field Proof of Concept/Trials with customers, with a specific and measurable set of outcomes to be delivered that lead to a sale.
