Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present data insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance tests on data, troubleshoot issues, and work with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analyses, including regression, hypothesis testing, and data modelling, to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Data Interpretation: Translate data findings into actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve business processes and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their data needs and provide support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data processes, reporting accuracy, and timeliness of insights.

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst

  Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL(PostgreSQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of statistical software such as Python is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query) is a plus.

  Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and practical experience with model building.
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Previous experience in [specific industry, e.g. Automotive] is a plus.
