Job Description

Manadatory Skills : IT Sales or IOT sales, domestic sales only
Salary: 6 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days 
Location ( WFH/WFO): Ahemdabad ( WFO local candidates only, who are ready to pan India travel )
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): 1st telephonic, 2nd will be face to face for 30 mins, 3rd round will be presentation for 1 hour face to face 
Interview Rounds: 3 Rounds
Gender preference: Male candidates only who are ready for field sales
Total and Relevant year of experience: 1-2 Years


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IoT/IT sector, including but not limited to industry verticals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies for business expansion.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies. Present company offerings in a compelling manner, addressing customer pain points and demonstrating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements in collaboration. Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software. Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase our expertise, network with potential clients, and stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the IoT/IT space. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Master's (MBA) degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the IoT/IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity solutions, data analytics, and cloud.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
