As a Customer Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide attend to walk-in investors, resolve queries as received via calls or emails and ensuring all transactions as received are complete and processed in time. The person will serve as first point of contact for the investors, prospects, and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)/Distributors of Taurus Mutual Fund.
Area of responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to investors regarding their existing mutual fund investments, transactions, documentation, and any new product information.
2. Resolution of Queries: Address investor complaints, concerns, and enquiries effectively,
ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
3. Communication: Communicate with investors via phone, email, and with walk-in investors
4. Documentation: Manage documentation of investors with respect to purchases, redemptions, SIP’s or any changes in their existing records.
5. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to investors/prospects as needed.
6. Voice of Investors: Feedback as received from investors regarding their experience with our services and shared with the relevant teams
