Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd., which holds ISO - 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications, was formerly known as Lloyds Metals and Engineers Ltd. and is one of the private sector companies in this important industry in India. Lloyds Metals & Engineers Ltd. (LMEL) was incorporated on 5th April 1977 as a Private Sector Company under the company's Act, 1956 under the name Nagarjuna Metals and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. The company was converted to a public company on September 9, 1986, but its name was changed to Lloyds Metals and Engineers Ltd on January 5, 1990, and to its current name, Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd., on April 25, 2011. In 2010, LMEL installed a 30 MW Co-generation Captive Power Plant utilising waste heat from Kiln off gases produced by the kilns during the production of Sponge Iron. Lloyds Steels Industries Ltd., Murbad, supplied the Waste Heat Recovery Boilers and the AFBC (Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion) Boiler. This helps us achieve our objective of a greener and cleaner planet. In addition to the above measures taken to be environmentally friendly, the entire facility is outfitted with all the necessary advanced Pollution Control Devices to ensure a pollution-free environment.

Program details- 

1. During training cum probation period, they will be rotated in Konsari site, Ghugus plant and a selected operational plant in Odisha.
4. At the Konsari site, they will work under the supervision of site engineers and at the operational plants, they will work under the O/M engineers.
5. After probation, they will be graded, Confirmed, extended probation or not suitable.
6. They will be paid consolidated stipend during probation and fixed salary after confirmation. The stipend and salary package will be worked out by Mr Kumar Vishal anand, AVP, HCM

7. They are going to hire around 70 students for this program.
