About IIFL LivLong

LivLong Protection and Wellness Solutions Ltd. (a.k.a. LivLong), a brand backed by IIFL Securities, has embarked on a mission to transform the healthcare experience by delivering a personalised customer experience for preventive & curative healthcare treatments and reducing information asymmetry between healthcare/insurance providers and patients. Our strong parentage, pan-Indian presence through sister companies, extensive experience in insurance brokerage, and intermediation between healthcare providers and customers gives us the advantage to advance customer interest, and as a result, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including health assessment, OPD/IPD care, claim assistance, and a seamless insurance journey, etc. We aspire to be a leading healthcare and insurance direct-to-consumer (D2C) player, despite currently operating as an omnichannel player with one of the top three D2C insurance platforms. With more than a decade of experience in the insurance and healthcare industries, our management team has a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving industry landscape, customer needs, and technology stack required to scale the business. In less than a year, our team size increased from four to over one hundred members. With significant business traction and execution progress over the past few months, we believe we are much closer than anticipated to reaching the unicorn benchmark.
