Job Description

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA
Coverage of Medical Insurance in Cambodia
Travel arrangements to/from office location in Cambodia

  • Building and maintaining GIS databases and applications that store and access geospatial data using AI techniques and methods.
  • Using GIS software and tools to create maps, graphs, and reports that display and communicate spatial information using AI models and algorithms.
  • Applying AI and machine learning to solve problems and answer questions in various domains, such as urban planning, environmental management, transportation, health, business, and education, using geospatial data and analysis.
  • Integrating GIS data with other sources of data, such as satellite imagery, census data, or GPS data, using AI and data fusion techniques.
  • Developing and testing GIS software and applications, using programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to GIS users and clients and troubleshooting any issues or challenges that may arise using AI and GIS solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in GIS software to collect, process, analyze and visualize geospatial data.
  • Knowledge of geospatial data analysis, mapping and visualization techniques to apply spatial thinking and methods to find patterns, relationships and insights from geographic information.
  • Experience in data collection, processing and management using SQL, Python and R to access, manipulate, store and query geospatial data from various sources.
  • Understanding artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and applications and use AI and ML techniques to enhance geospatial analysis, modeling, and prediction, such as image recognition, natural language processing and deep learning.
