Solution Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will collaborate with the sales team and the customer to participate in the functional aspects of the sales to include the following artifacts:
1) Identifying the customer requirement and collaborate with the internal teams to articulate the solution/service, design approach to meet those requirements, solution description, present the proposed solution, and adjust the solution as necessary for the customer.
2) Validate the product/service/solution is relevant, the right fit and complete for the particular customer.
3) Collaborate as needed with other solution engineers to design and present a technical solution design to a customer.
4) Demonstrate the functional and technical aspects of the solution while educating the customer on the value-based benefit, scalability, story, ROI, and environment of the solution.
5) Responsibility of ensuring documentations (MOMs, executive summary, presentations) at all the time.
6) Track economic and industry trends as well as competitive threats and understand its implications on customer business with both existing and new target accounts. Advise and educate colleagues on what may integrate with our product portfolio to provide a more comprehensive solution to match the business requirements.
7) Meet or exceed assigned productivity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
8) Continue to develop skills in other solutions sets, and support other Solution Consultant to become effective in applying these responsibilities across multiple solution sets.

Skills Required:
1) 1-3 years of proven experience as Solution Engineer.
2) Good understanding of the software solutions being sold for understanding the client requirements with both technical and business acumen
3) Should have good communication skills to effectively communicate with the team & peers (Oral& written)
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5) Quick problem solving and decision making
6) Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment
7) Should be able to use optimal tools for the desired results.

Educational Qualifications:
·      B.Tech/B.E
·      MBA/MCA/PG Diploma
