M365 Implementation Lead

CSM Technologies, founded in 1998 in the capital city of Bhubaneswar, is a CMMi5 IT Solutions & Services company that has implemented 500+ projects in diverse markets, including government, enterprises, and small businesses, across multiple geographies. Over the course of two decades, the organisation has grown from three to eight hundred members of staff.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the vendor to gather requirements and expectations for M365 implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the ministry and the vendor, facilitating effective communication.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to keep the implementation on track.
• Ensure that the implemented M365 solutions meet quality standards and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of M365 configurations.
• Work closely with the Training and Adoption Specialist to integrate training and change management strategies into the implementation plan.
• Facilitate communication and awareness campaigns to prepare users for the upcoming changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the M365 implementation, including configurations, workflows, and policies.
• Develop post-implementation reports for evaluation and future reference.

Skills & Experience

• A bachelor's or master's degree in project management, information technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified
• A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of change management principles to guide the organization through transitions effectively.
• Experience in user adoption strategies.
