Job Description

As the HR Head, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR Department operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's in Human Resources (M.B.A. preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR leader or in a similar senior HR management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
