Job Description

Salary: 2.76 LPA CTC with at least 2.5 years of experience.
Notice Period: Immediate joiner
Location ( WFH/WFO): Mumbai Fort (WFO)

Technical Support:

  • Level 2 technical support with a specialization in security-related issues.
  • Resolve escalated support tickets related to VAPT, server administration, and network/security devices.
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT):
  • Demonstrate expertise in VAPT methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose remediation measures.
  • Server Administration:
  • Administer and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot server-related issues and implement necessary solutions.
  • Network and Security Devices:
  • Possess knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security devices (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
  • Configure and troubleshoot network and security devices as needed.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with end-users and clients, providing clear and concise technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in knowledge sharing.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of security measures, VAPT findings, and server/network configurations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of knowledge base articles.
  • Training and Awareness:
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions for Level 1 support engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with a focus on security.
  • Strong understanding of VAPT processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in server administration (Windows/Linux).
  • Knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Level 2 technical knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in relevant security and IT areas (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+).
  • Experience with security tools (e.g., Nessus, Metasploit).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
