Flexible Coating Lamination Machine Operator

Manadatory Skills: Able to operate Flexible Lamination solvent base and non-solvent base (example Nord Mechanicca super combi, boost,kholi etc...) machine in all aspects of the machine including set up, make-ready, trolley change and clean up
Should have Adhesive knowledge,HSL (heat seal lacquer ) coating knowledge   Ensure the safety & 5s on the shop floor
Should be capable to Resolve Flexible laminate related issues like speckling, tunnelling, patch, De-lamination, adhesive mixing ratio etc
Qualification: Diploma in mechanical or printing – Preferred or any other relevant qualification   
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Job Description

1. Able to operate Flexible Lamination solvent base and non-solvent base (example Nord Mechanicca super combi, boost,kholi etc...) machine in all aspects of the machine including set up, make-ready, trolley change and clean up.
2. Should have Adhesive knowledge,HSL (heat seal lacquer ) coating knowledge   Ensure the safety & 5s on the shop floor.
3. Monitoring machine to ensure that it is operating efficiently with quality.
4. Should be able to identify any issue and make sure that producing quality materials. 
5. Understands all documents related to the Flexible lamination machine and adhere to specification requirements. 
6. Perform all make ready task such as mounting plates and understand winding directions. 
7. Ensuring RM availability/Plan sheet & Shop paper availability in the machine as per given plan.
8. He should approve the first sample for every job loaded on the machine. 
9. Should ensure lamination quality throughout the shift through physical verification of samples.
10. Should Ensure low waste.
11. Should capture waste generation data ShiftWise for every category. 
12. Should Ensure every Job change over 30mins
13. Ensure Proper condition & safety of sleeves and coating roller after jobs gets completed. 

Requirements:

• Should have good Knowledge & Hands on experience in Flexible Lamination solvent base and non-solvent base machines.
• Should be capable to Resolve Flexible laminate related issues like speckling, tunnelling, patch, De-lamination, adhesive mixing ratio etc.
• He should efficiently handle machine and ensure high speed during production & Achieve shift wise targeted production.
