Job Description

Conducting new hire training, certification programs & refreshers. Reporting training progress & training dashboards to Mgt. Participating in client presentations & demonstrating training capabilities. Responsible for Quality scores, Audit & feedback.
Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Quality Call audits & Training in Call Center for In or Outbound process. Must be able to handle training & Call audits.
Candidates should be fluent in Hindi/ English & any other south Indian languages will be added advantage.
Salary depends on Experience & last drawn, Budget around 20K per month take home.
