Job Description

Designation: Contract Manager
Experience: 8-10 years
Location: Mumbai (Pan India)
Industry: HVAC
Salary :- 7-8 LPA
Work mode :- WFO


Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings to outline project requirements and identify risks.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to evaluate project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee project teams, including hiring, training, & supervision for project completion.
- Monitor project expenses to maintain profitability and conduct regular site visits.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage change orders, contract modifications, and dispute resolution processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices and maintain project records.

Key Requirements & Skills:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Construction/Contracts Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and controls.
- Familiarity with relevant building/HVAC codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in contract modelling software, project management tools, and MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and travel to project sites as needed.
