Lead UOC Engineer

Salary : Based on C CTC 30%. Above 10 Years it wont be more than 45 LPA
Notice Period : 30/60/90 days works but high priority is for 30 days
Location ( WFH/WFO): Bangalore, WFO. Working days is Sunday to Thursday where Sunday is WFH and Monday to Thursday WFO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the medium to large scale unified operations project as functional consultant.
• Lead requirement gathering, customer workshops, elaborate requirements, define KPI’s, use cases, mock-ups, and author FDS.
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components.
• Work with technical team to translate functional requirements to technical requirements. Need to Involve in Technical discussions like Integration discussions and support technical team.
• During entire lifecycle of the project, front facing the customer, lead pre-FAT, FAT, SAT and closure.
• Support project / Organization leadership with all relevant information for planning and execution.
• Work closely with Project Manager throughout the project for successful delivery and closure of the project.
• Responsible for Quality and on time delivery of the project.

Skills & Experience

• Candidate should have knowledge of various business processes involved in entire supply chain of Oil and Gas industry.
• Capability to define KPI and provide use case scenarios for various departments/functions in Oil and Gas domain.
• Experience in working with historians such as Aveva PI, IP21, PHD etc.
• Should have experience with development skills in tools such as PowerBI, Tableu, P2, Aveva PI Vision, Wrike, Web Solutions like HTML5 etc.
• Should have worked on Integration and Data Sources: IoT Data, Analytics, CCTV Videos, GIS Maps, ERP Systems, Engineering P&ID Diagrams.
• Extensive experience in customer handling, Requirement Gathering, Definition of solution.
• Experience in leading the designing and execution of data integration strategy cross multiple applications using IT and OT protocols.
• Understanding of Production Accounting/ Mass balancing, Operation Management, plant data model is plus.
• Worked as functional consultant for IRIS, MES, iMOMS type of solutions is plus.
• Working experience on deploying solution on cloud/virtual machines.
• Should have good experience in configuring redundant/High Available data/communication/application servers.
• Should have good experience in configuring backup and disaster recovery of the UOC system.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech., M.Tech. in Chemical / Petrochemical / Process Engineering or any engineering

Technical skill sets

• Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience working as Oil and gas, Systems Platforms and UOC portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing UOC projects.
• Working knowledge of UOC technologies and practices
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification as is any courses completed in AI / Data Analytics / Deep Learning.
• Excellent written and spoken English skill. Should not have any constraint on traveling.
• Experience in working with large, diversified teams and working as team player.
