Salary: QAR 22-24 k/ PM negotiable

Overview: 
As a Project Manager in Healthcare projects managing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & EMR transformation engagements, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing project related to optimizing and streamlining the financial processes within the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient management of the project, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall performance through strategic project planning and execution.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and strategies and help them to implement our service provider contract to support these strategies. You will develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services. You will lead the successful deployment of new engagements with our client and its stakeholders. You will act as an internal client advocate, working closely with our Technical and Medical Teams to ensure Service Level Agreements and development timelines are exceeded and client needs and perspectives are prioritized in all aspects of our business. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure the continued health of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resource requirements,and key milestones, mutually agreed with our client.
As a task master handling day to day project activities, project reporting
Well verse in project management tools like MPP, Jira
Experience delivering project using Kanban and Scrum board, following agile methodologies.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
Foster a positive and productive team environment to maximize efficiency and results.

Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and implement solutions.
Work closely with relevant departments to standardize and optimize workflows.
Initiate and lead regular client performance reviews and develop and execute improvement plans
Implement best practices in revenue cycle management to enhance overall efficiency of the project in coordination with the contractors / Subcontractors.

Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to minimize project disruption.

Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must
• Minimum 8+ years of experience handling EMR and RCM projects

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Revenue Cycle Management, EMR projects for hospitals
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, healthcare billing, and financial systems, medical coding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• You have strong personal organization and time management
• You speak and write English at a professional level
• Arabic Language is a plus
