Manage and provide solution for IoT Hardware related issues that happens on customer's fleet on day-to-day basis, partnering with Customer Service and Technical Support team
Become Subject Matter Expert to provide advice and insight of performance on existing IoT Hardware and generate new requirement to Innovation team to improve the quality of product
Provide recap on periodical basis on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of repeated Hardware issues with proper documentation
Improve efficiency of Hardware installation process through partnership with Service Installation team
Improve Installation quality and QC process to ensure Hardware installed on customer's fleets performing to the standard
Conduct Knowledge Sharing with internal Service and Technical Support team to improve performance and quality on the team
Review and ensure complete documentation on handover process for new Hardware with Innovation team
>5 years experiences in IoT Hardware support, Technical Support, Field Engineering, or Quality Control in IoT / Industrial space
Networking and Connectivity (Understanding of LTE, Wi-Fi, MQTT, TCP/IP) and diagnostic tools for connectivity issues
Knowledge on Embedded System (Microcontrollers) and Electrical applications
Proven experience managing stakeholder and having proactive leadership w/ customer focused mindset
