Job Description:- Lead Generation Executive/ Customer sales
Location :- Lane no 2 plot no 7 , near Saket metro station gate no 2 walk-in-distance from the metro.
Education Qualification- Graduate
Experience- 2-3 years of experience in International- UK/US/AUS
Salary:- 25000 to 45000
Number of Position:- 1
Working Hours/Timings:- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM- Fixed shifts (Saturday- Half-day & Sunday- Week-Off)

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and provide performance feedback.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales targets.

2. Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Implement effective sales strategies and techniques tailored for the UK
  • market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and effectively
  • manage the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures, including compliance
  • with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with potential and existing customers in the UK market.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach within the team to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and key metrics.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.

5. Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members.
  • Keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends relevant to the UK.
  • Support the professional development of team members through performance reviews and career planning.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development and Customer Support to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a lead generation or sales environment,
  • preferably with exposure to the UK market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve
  • targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving sales goals.
  • Knowledge of UK sales practices, regulations, and market dynamics would be advantageous.
