Business Analyst

Notice period - Maximum upto 60 Days.

Must Have-

1) Good experiecne as a Business Analyst.

2) Competency in Data Analytics.

3) Good with data numbers and presentation as they will be reporting to leaders as well as to president

A brief synopsis for Business Analyst profile: 

1) Analyse the structure of customer's business, how it uses technology and what its goals are

2) Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve

3) Formulate ways for businesses to improve with the help of cross-functional team coordination

4) Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or process

5) Run workshops and training sessions

6) Designing research methods and helping management take decisions

7) Agreeing on timescales and budgets

8) Writing reports and building management dashboards, including client recommendations

9) Analysing, translating, and presenting results

10) Advising clients/ Management on how they can best make use of results

Requirement

1) 3-5 yrs of exp as a research analyst/business analyst

2) Good communications skills.

3) Preferred exp from Big 4 companies, KPO’s or from similar trade
