Working Hours/Timings:- Mon to Fri/ 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Utilize various channels like job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates, prepare hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Conduct initial screenings, participate in interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and experience.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages, extend offers to top candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Continuously source and nurture relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pool for future needs.
