Roles & Responsibilities: -
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with existing and new potential clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect new client opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
3. Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
4. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely and successful placement of candidates.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.

Requirements:
1. Interest in the sales domain.
2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education Qualification: -
Any Graduate with a bachelor's degree.
Working Days: - Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Timing: - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
