About Lustral Water

Samuel Taylor Coleridge's, water water everywhere and not a drop to drink struck a chord with us. With the advancements in technology and IoT, our households have become smarter than most of us. Although we have smart gadgets to make our lives easier, we still don't have a clean-tech product that ensures the glass of water you're drinking is pure and potable. Our journey began in a kitchen counter over two glasses of what purported to be RO purified water; we wanted to simplify the process. They say seeing is believing and that's what we've done - with our tech, a layman can see the whole process of water purification. Lustral water has made water validation possible at a household level! We started 3 years ago with a prototype, we've now installed the gadget in a few households and are expanding aggressively.

Job Description

 Key Account Manager / Sales Manager
Salary:- 30k to 35 K
Location:-Bangalore (Local candidates)
Interview Process:-2 round (1 Virtual and 1  Face to Face.)
Notice Period:- Immediate to 15 Days
working days:- 6 Days working 
Gender preference :- Male /Female Both
Experience:- 3 Years to 5 Years 
Skills:- Field sales, Water purifier company 

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Developing new territories and appointing technicians,
  • Managing introduction of new products through channel partners with adequate advertisement support from corporate office.
  •  Sustaining existing distribution network with effective backend support of supply chain for with sale stock, sales promotion material.
  •  Sharing market intelligence with his vertical head to modify the sale strategy deployed.
  •  Making conscious efforts to improve product visibility, availability of POP material, & ensuring that dealers / retailers are having proper glow sign boards, standees & price list.
  •  Formulating strategies for channel sales in consultation with his HOD, discussing these with channel sales partners & facilitating in deploying these in the assigned territory to ensure sustainable sales growth in assigned territory.
  • Assigning annual, biannual, quarterly and monthly targets to his team for all geographical territories in consultation with his HOD.
  •  Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS in terms of targets assigned and achieved and it sending it to HOD by 4th of every month
  •  Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his HOD from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  •  Must have Channel Sales Experience into Kitchen Appliance : Min 5-10 Years
  •  Preferred Target Industry Experience: Kitchen Appliances (Only)
  •  Preferred Products Experience: Small Appliances and Kitchen Appliances
  •  Team Handling Experience
  •  Given Territory Geographical Awareness.
  •  MBA from top ranked colleges
