Summary:
Main Duty of Business Analyst is to Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and
user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems
to parallel overall business strategies.

Responsibilities:
1.Studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and
formats.
2.Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and
modernize systems.
3.Prioritize requirements and Prepare SRS, Flow diagram, Functional Diagram,
Mockups, Wireframes etc. for assigned services and projects.
4.Construct work flow charts and diagrams; writing specifications.
5.Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
6.Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
7.Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress
reports; recommending actions.
8.Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and
trends.
9.Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.
10.Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research
studies in support of strategic planning.
11.Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using
operational metrics and reports.
12.Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.

Desired Skills:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Expert in MS office, Wireframing tools such as Axure, Omnigraffle, Visio etc.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years
Working Days and Time:
Flexible Hours: 8:30 Hours a Day (09:00 AM to 09:00 PM)
Working Days : 5 Days Working
