- Standardize the services for all eligible clients & service as per client’s profile/category.
- To project proper targets/business & perform the same.
- To acquire business as per the company policies & work as per the given processes.

SECONDARY KRA:
- To prepare a “Review Minutes of the Meeting” precisely and appropriately.
- To complete CRM entries as per the meetings conducted, in the given TAT.
- To prepare, MIS Reports & Review Reports for analysis as per the requirement of the business.
- To prepare 'Objectives & Key Results' (OKR) and 'Performance Measuring Matrix' (PMM) reports to measure efficiency.
- To communicate and respond to the given task as per the given TAT.
- To enhance collaboration with other departments to achieve the given objective.
