Job Description

1. Assessing Clients: Evaluate client's interests, skills, values, and career goals through interviews and assessments.

2. Providing Information: Offer detailed information about various career options, educational programs, and training opportunities.

3. Guidance and Advice: Offer guidance and advice on academic and vocational choices, including course selection, college admissions, and job search strategies.

4. Goal Setting: Assist clients in setting realistic career goals and developing plans to achieve them.

5. Resume and Interview Coaching: Provide support in creating effective resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques.

6. Monitoring Progress: Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support, adjusting careerplans as needed.

7. Resource Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends, industry requirements, and educational resources.

8. Confidentiality: Ensure client information is kept confidential and adhere to ethical standards.
