Business Development Executive

We are looking for a business development executive who is a passionate storyteller and an influencer. You love having thoughtful conversations on various topics. You have a flair for reading and writing in long-form content. You can spot and appreciate good design in different spaces and objects.

As a business development executive, you could interact with the C level executives. You will learn to be relentless in establishing new connections, influence the decision makers and generate new leads.

You will work directly under the leadership of our head of business development.

What will you do

• Executing the lead generation campaigns
• Prospect research and identify possible synergy
• Building a sales pipeline through online networking, personalized email campaigns, cold calls etc.
• Organizing and presenting project demonstrations
• Contributing to the sales strategy and action plans
• Maintaining daily and periodic sales reports
• Maintaining the CRM
• Constantly upgrade yourself with new knowledge

What you should already have

• Expert level proficiency in English communication - written and verbal
• A degree in the IT/Software engineering field is preferable, but not mandatory. What we are looking for is someone who understands technological concepts and can learn newer concepts fast.
• Right drive and attitude towards selling with ability to consistently generate leads and establish conversations
• Genuine interest in design and/or other art forms
• Flexibility to work in different time zones
