Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Executive to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes in our organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Oversee performance management systems and processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
