Functional consultant

We are looking for a hands-on software developer, with the ability to architect a scalable,
distributed, and extensible (think plugin architecture) core framework.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing critical customer-facing
solutions.
The Full Stack Developer should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the
broad range of software technologies and platforms available.
The job requires a self-motivated & self-driven individual with excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
The resource may also have to mentor/train other team members.

 
We are looking for full-time Functional Consultants to work out of our Mumbai office (Currently remotely).
Brief Job Description:
The resource shall be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, mainly on Zoho platform.
The job requires a self-motivated & self-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from clients and translating them into features on respective Zoho applications.
• The resource will be part of a functional project team responsible for owning and executing the delivery of custom solutions that are uniquely tailored to our client's business needs.
• Providing demonstrations, presentations, and preparation of business requirement document.
• Support continuous process improvement by identifying and documenting issues and implement processes to prevent future occurrences.
• Writing test cases that can be delivered to clients and support them during UAT process.
• Interact with the business users/clients, debug and derive the technical issue to resolution.

Skills Required:

• A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
• Understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as with OO languages (Python, Java, C#, C++, etc).
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment, is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Deluge is preferred.
• Zoho Certification preferred.

Qualification:-
BE / BCA / BTech (CS, IT), MCA (preferred).
