JOB DESCRIPTION: HR Generalist

We are keenly looking for a dynamic candidate who has experience in the field of Human
Resources and can handle the responsibilities of HR Executive or HR Specialist or HR
Generalist.
Job Description:
• Aggressive recruiting strategy for filling the open positions with the less turnaround
time.
• Attracting applicants from various portals using job sites, Social Media etc.
• Gauge candidates capabilities, strengths and limitations and shortlisting the ones that
have qualifying credentials.
• Proven communication skills, email writing skills and interpersonal skills.
• Recruitment, Selection, Training, Performance Appraisal, Framing & controlling Policies,
Headhunting, Exit Interview, Employee Relation, Strategy making.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office for drafting letters, agreements, policies etc.
• Maintaining the employee documents.
• MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should display ownership of their work and ensure that deliverables are completed
achieving TAT with quality
• Proven ability to handle diversified people with utmost patience levels.
• Candidate must have fluency in English communication.
