• Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to Short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the Organization.
• Involved in Employee engagement activities.
• Responsible for On-boarding and joining formalities.
• Documentation, maintaining employee database, joiners report etc
• Source profile using various recruitment portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster and Linkedin
• Good communication skills
