Job Description
ITI Turner

Location :- Gurugram,Haryana, WFO
Education Qualification-  ITI 
Salary- 9,800 + overtime- per month
Working Hours/Timings: 8 hours
Number of Position: 15

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development: Actively participate in the apprenticeship training program, which includes on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Follow the training plan and complete assigned tasks diligently.
Machining Operations: Learn to operate lathes and other turning machines to produce precision metal parts according to specifications. Perform tasks such as turning, facing, threading, and drilling.
Machine Setup: Assist in setting up machines for production runs, including installing and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and machine controls.
Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards. Learn to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Maintenance Support: Assist in performing routine maintenance on turning machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
