Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and target potential offline sales opportunities by reaching out to new retail stores, MBOs, and general trade outlets to promote EarthyTweens' product range.Establishing Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in retail and offline channels, showcasing the brand's value proposition and securing partnerships to enhance EarthyTweens' presence in the market.Offline Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a robust offline sales strategy, ensuring brand visibility, market penetration, and sustained growth.Brand Visibility: Work closely with retailers and stores to ensure optimal visibility and merchandising of EarthyTweens' products, coordinating promotional activities and in-store events.Monthly Sales Targets: Set and exceed monthly sales targets for offline channels, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion in the offline market.Requirements:Sales Enthusiast: A strong passion for sales and a natural flair for building and nurturing business relationships.Business Acumen: Ability to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch EarthyTweens' products and negotiate with potential partners.Goal-oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a track record of delivering results.Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and explore innovative approaches to offline sales.Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and achieve common objectives.Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations for meetings and market visits to expand offline sales networks.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in offline sales and business development while contributing to a brand committed to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. As the Offline Sales and Growth Intern at EarthyTweens, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the brand's presence in new markets and driving its growth in the offline sales channels.Location: The position may require both office-based work and travel to various locations for sales visits and business development.
