• Follow up with suppliers to ensure problem resolution and call closure
• Installation & Troubleshooting
• Looking into Hardware and software related problems.
• Troubleshooting the Software related issues over the phone or through remote control.
• Follow up with client to ensure problem resolution and call closure.
• Installation & troubleshooting of printers, desktop and biometric.
