Trainee Configuration Engineer

Position: Trainee Configuration Engineer
Main Responsibility Area
This person is responsible to configure the pupilpod software as per the requirements provided by
the customer and follow the procedures and guidelines provided. Will also ensure to deliver the
tasks in time and update the management with the outcome. They are involved in the end to end
process of a project and will have complete information along with the documentation of each
project.
Position Description
• Provide technical support in configuration of ERP System
• Involve in process improvements to enhance configuration efficiency
• Maintain software configuration checklist
• Assist in configuration audits and communicate recommendations to management
• To ensure operational efficiency by developing working practices, processes and methods
• Report Software configuration status to management on regular basis
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration problems
• Ensure to make Core configuration changes within SLA by proper coordination with all
related functions
• Handle daily pupilpod configuration requests across all projects
• Maintain complete documentations for configuration processes for reference purposes
• Perform validation of configurations to support system changes and enhancements
• Answer all customers and end user emails (Tickets) and calls by providing solutions
• Ensure to answer all the tickets within the TAT of 24 hours
• All configurations are to be completed within the TAT and close the tickets in Mantis
• Constantly keep updated of the changes and enhancements developed within pupilpod
software
• Onsite support as and when need arise
