Job Description

About the Company:
STAC Fine Jewellery is a young ecommerce start up launched in April 2018 with the vision of creating fine jewellery in 18 kt gold that can be worn everyday. You can learn more at www.stacfinejewellery.com. We are looking for a candidate who is confident, well spoken and willing to take on challenges!

Location: Tardeo, South Mumbai
Job profile:
The work will focus on customer services across various mediums but the nature of the start-up will provide exposure to various functions of running a small business. Infact, we encourage and appreciate the curiosity and enthusiasm to pitch in wherever you see fit.
We are looking for a candidate who can wear many hats and carry out the below mentioned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Liaison with customers for queries and order fulfilment over phone , website chat , whatsapp, etc.
- Customer follow ups for abandoned carts, reviews and feedback
- Handle all email communication that goes out to customers
- Answer customer queries over social media as and when required
- NPS tracking
- Managing sales sheet and order fulfilment - Record and keep track of channel wise sales and customer data
- Coordinating with accounts team for debtor list and follow ups
- Day to day documentation and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and participating in events and exhibitions.

Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
- Ability to convey information with confidence and in a simple manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
- Microsoft Office skills especially basic Excel
- Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus
- Previous experience with an e-commerce jewellery brand is a plus
