As a Trainee at Mahindra Tractors, your role would likely involve hands-on training in various aspects of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) related to tractor manufacturing. 

• Technical Training: Undergo comprehensive technical training related to tractor manufacturing processes, machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Machine Operation: Learn to operate and manage various machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Gain understanding and practical experience in quality control processes, ensuring that manufactured parts and products meet Mahindra's quality standards.
• Assembly Line Support: Assist in the assembly line activities, including component fitting, welding, painting, and other tasks as required, under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Maintenance and Repair: Learn basic maintenance and repair tasks for machinery and equipment, ensuring their optimal functioning and longevity.
