Job Description:

Handling complete recruitment life cycle.
Excellent skills in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various positions.
Locating candidates using sourcing methodologies like networks, referrals, internet groups, cold calling, headhunting
Solid understanding of corporate and consulting environments. Strong customer, client, vendor management skills.
Expert in Rate Negotiation.
Broad working knowledge with technical applications, including hardware, software, applications, and platforms.
Understand the Project requirements and specifications for various business processes and source according to company policies and Expectations.
Understand and effectively communicate IT tools, technologies, capabilities, limitations, and risks to senior business executives and users.
High analytical abilities with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of Tax Terms on a Corp to Corp, 1099, W2.
Expert level knowledge and working experience in Internet recruitment sites like DICE, MONSTER and Corp-Corp.
A technology geek and thoroughly enjoy mining through data on internet.
