Roles and Responsibilities

• working closely with the hiring manager to understand the recruitment needs
• Manage the entire recruitment process by using effective recruitment strategies
• Advertising the current openings on recruitment websites
• Screening the resumes based on the eligibilities given by the hiring managers
• Follow up with the candidates till onboarding
• Follow up with references given by the employees
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 years of experience
• Understanding of recruitment process
• Knowledge of selection methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the IT industry will be a plus.
• Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
