Role: Global Recruiter/Global Talent Hunter
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage full-cycle recruitment for our global clients, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to placement.
·Identify potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, direct outreach, and professional networks.
·Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and select top talent to meet client requirements.
·Collaborate closely with Client Account Managers and the Business Development Head to understand specific client needs, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
·Facilitate communication between candidates and clients during the interview and offer stages, providing necessary feedback and updates.
·Negotiate compensation packages with candidates, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
