Job Position Title:- Test Engineer
Job Type:- Permanent
Job Location:- Kochi
Job Profile:- This position is for doing the testing and validation of Kalki’s Services projects which includes DLMS products. Need to be aware of the practical test scenarios and also able to guide the developers with functional flows.
Academic Qualification:- BCA, BSC Computer, Diploma in CS etc
Years of Experience:- 0-2

Position/Role Summary

• Ability to single handedly manage testing of Kalkitech software service deliverable/products Essential Skills
• Basic Knowledge on Protocols, Firmware Testing Desired Skills Knowledge on Kalkitech tools & Products

         Protocol Testing knowledge

• Knowledge on Kalkitech DLMS SCL & other tools
• Knowledge of serial and Ethernet analyzers
• Good soft skills for interpersonal relation and customer interaction
•  Experience in any bug tracking system

Roles & Responsibility:-

- Prepare Test Plan, Test cases and Test Procedures
- Tracking and Updating Requirement Traceability Matrix
-  Prepare Test Scenario and Test Scripts based on Use cases
- Ensure the availability test environment
- Conducting Functional testing, Performance testing, Integration testing and regression testing.
- Reporting Test results and Tracking Defects
- Prepare Project Quality Metrics and Root Cause Analysis
