The Chocolate Room India Pvt Ltd. is a Cafe and Bistro brand with presence in 15 states and 45 cities. With 180+ stores across India, The Chocolate Room is a chain of chocolatey café’s from Australia spreading its brand slowly across many countries.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and/or participating on cross functional teams
• Assisting with the brands long term vision and planning process
• Evaluate brand performance & develop plans for improvement 
• Assessing all aspects of a competitor's brand to design & recommend strategies to compete more effectively 
• Store Operations
• Customer Service
• Online sales and marketing activity
• Inventory management
• Cash Management
• People Management
• Recruitment and Training

Qualifications/ Characteristics: 

• Must be currently enrolled as a 1st year in a MBA program 
• Superior leadership abilities 
• Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems.
• Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.
