Job Description

App Support Intern
Qualification :
BE/BTech/Mtech/BCA

The candidate will be responsible for:-
1. Maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting 24x7 mission critical production systems.
2. Ensure monitored parameters are in order and solve/escalate in case of anomalies.
3. Ensure backups are maintained and scheduled jobs are completed.
4. Debug application-level issues and resolve or escalate to the engineering team.
5. Provide insights and feedback to the engineering and product teams.

Pre-requisites
Must be willing to work in shifts.
Thorough knowledge of Linux commands and Linux basics.
Excellent logical aptitude.
Thorough knowledge of at least one programming language.
Knowledge of at least one RDBMS.
Awareness on cloud technologies would be a definite plus.

Experience
Freshers will be considered for a paid internship.
0-1 years of experience candidates will be considered as L1 App Support consultant.
