Project Engineer

Our shop floors are equipped to offer our customers all machining processes which include broaching, milling, heat treatment, plating as well as CNC and VMC machining under one umbrella. In 2002 we bought our first Traub machine for manufacturing Tubular components. Since then we have focused on capacity building with an eye towards dynamic market shifts. Our manufacturing capacity for tubular components rose from ten thousand pieces per month to more than four lakhs pieces per month in just the first six years.

Job Description:

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and contribute to project success under the guidance of experienced engineers. Your duties will involve a combination of technical tasks, project coordination, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with project managers and senior engineers.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to the project team by conducting research, gathering data, and performing analysis as required.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and other project-related documents.

Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through inspections and testing.

Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Contribute to problem-solving efforts by analyzing issues, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others involved in the project.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through training, seminars, and self-study to enhance professional development.
