Job Description:

As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a diploma in mechanical engineering who are passionate about maintaining quality control processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the quality assurance team to inspect, test, and analyze products, as well as identify areas for enhancement to enhance overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Testing and Analysis: Conduct mechanical tests, measurements, and evaluations using precision instruments and equipment to assess product performance and identify defects or deviations.

Documentation: Record inspection and test results accurately in quality control documents, reports, and databases, ensuring traceability and documentation compliance.

Root Cause Analysis: Assist in investigating quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Assurance Procedures: Follow established quality assurance procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and integrity in quality control processes.

Calibration and Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability in measurement and testing activities.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements related to product quality and safety.
